To maintain its condition, place the piece in a dry indoor environment and protect it from excess moisture, which may affect the frame, shell detailing, and mirror finish. Gently remove dust from the raffia and shell using a soft, dry cloth or brush. When needed, wipe the raffia lightly and allow it to dry completely. Clean the mirror with a soft cloth and a suitable glass cleaner, taking care to avoid contact between the shell and water, chemicals, or abrasive materials. Light steaming may be used occasionally to help restore the raffia’s natural shape and flexibility. We only work with handmade products crafted from natural materials, which means slight imperfections, variations in color, or subtle differences are part of the unique charm and character of our collection. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase at monoito. We make every effort to offer you outstanding quality, value for money and excellent service.

If you wish to return an article, or if you have decided not to keep it, please return the items to us within 14 calendar days, in their original packaging with the label. If appropriate, we will exchange the item or items or refund the cost price. All goods must be returned in new and unused condition, together with a copy of your original delivery note. Returns are at your own expense. We do not offer free returns.
