Maintain the beauty of suar wood by protecting it from extreme dryness, sudden humidity changes, and excess moisture. Remove dust regularly, clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed, and always dry thoroughly. Never soak the wood. Apply protective oil once a year to restore colour and keep it in good condition. Best kept in a dry indoor environment. We only work with handmade products crafted from natural materials, which means slight imperfections, variations in color, or subtle differences are part of the unique charm and character of our collection. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase at monoito. We make every effort to offer you outstanding quality, value for money and excellent service.
If you wish to return an article, or if you have decided not to keep it, please return the items to us within 14 calendar days, in their original packaging with the label. If appropriate, we will exchange the item or items or refund the cost price. All goods must be returned in new and unused condition, together with a copy of your original delivery note. Returns are at your own expense. We do not offer free returns.
