Maintain the raffia frame by lightly brushing or dusting with a soft, dry cloth to keep the fibres clean. Place the mirror indoors in a dry environment, as excess moisture may damage the raffia. Clean the mirror glass separately using a dry or slightly damp cloth, taking care to keep liquids away from the frame. We only work with handmade products crafted from natural materials, which means slight imperfections, variations in color, or subtle differences are part of the unique charm and character of our collection. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase at monoito. We make every effort to offer you outstanding quality, value for money and excellent service.

If you wish to return an article, or if you have decided not to keep it, please return the items to us within 14 calendar days, in their original packaging with the label. If appropriate, we will exchange the item or items or refund the cost price. All goods must be returned in new and unused condition, together with a copy of your original delivery note. Returns are at your own expense. We do not offer free returns.
