Wash the cushion filling at 40°C to keep it clean while helping maintain its shape and comfort. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean, as these treatments may damage the filling material. Tumble dry on a low setting and make sure the filling is completely dry before placing it back inside the cushion cover. We only work with handmade products crafted from natural materials, which means slight imperfections, variations in color, or subtle differences are part of the unique charm and character of our collection. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase at monoito. We make every effort to offer you outstanding quality, value for money and excellent service.

If you wish to return an article, or if you have decided not to keep it, please return the items to us within 14 calendar days, in their original packaging with the label. If appropriate, we will exchange the item or items or refund the cost price. All goods must be returned in new and unused condition, together with a copy of your original delivery note. Returns are at your own expense. We do not offer free returns.
