Regular dusting helps keep the teak frame and raffia section clean and well maintained. Use a soft cloth or brush for everyday care, and clean the wood with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed. Dry thoroughly, avoid soaking, and apply oil or sealant to the teak regularly to help preserve its colour. For the raffia, wipe lightly only when necessary and allow it to dry completely. Keep in a dry indoor space and avoid excess moisture to protect both the wood and woven fibres. We only work with handmade products crafted from natural materials, which means slight imperfections, variations in color, or subtle differences are part of the unique charm and character of our collection. If you wish to return an article, or if you have decided not to keep it, please return the items to us within 14 calendar days, in their original packaging with the label. If appropriate, we will exchange the item or items or refund the cost price. All goods must be returned in new and unused condition, together with a copy of your original delivery note. Returns are at your own expense. We do not offer free returns.
