Raffia requires treatment to resist weather and rot, and is recommended for indoor or covered outdoor use only. You can steam it to restore its original shape and flexibility. To keep it clean, dust regularly with a soft cloth or brush. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth, but avoid soaking, as excessive moisture can weaken the fibers. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase at monoito. We make every effort to offer you outstanding quality, value for money and excellent service.

If you wish to return an article, or if you have decided not to keep it, please return the items to us within 14 calendar days, in their original packaging with the label. If appropriate, we will exchange the item or items or refund the cost price. All goods must be returned in new and unused condition, together with a copy of your original delivery note. Returns are at your own expense. We do not offer free returns.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
