Our handmade tableware can vary in colour. This is not a manufacturing defect, but a unique feature of the material and the method of making.

The Cascais Collection is made using crackle glaze finish. This finish is known to show a different intensity of crackles with each item. These crackles are therefore part of the decoration of this collection. We only work with handmade products crafted from natural materials, which means slight imperfections, variations in color, or subtle differences are part of the unique charm and character of our collection. Shipping rates for each carrier are calculated in real-time at checkout to offer the best possible rates. Pick-up from our Bazar Bizar store is welcome and free, this option is available at checkout. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the item and your location.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase at monoito. We make every effort to offer you outstanding quality, value for money and excellent service.

If you wish to return an article, or if you have decided not to keep it, please return the items to us within 14 calendar days, in their original packaging with the label. If appropriate, we will exchange the item or items or refund the cost price. All goods must be returned in new and unused condition, together with a copy of your original delivery note. Returns are at your own expense. We do not offer free returns.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 24 hours of delivery, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
