Teak root has a yellowish, straight grain heartwood and whitish to yellowish brown sapwood. If not maintained it will age to a beautiful silver-gray patina, especially when exposed to sunlight. Regular oiling or sealing is required to retain its original colour. We only work with handmade products crafted from natural materials, which means slight imperfections, variations in color, or subtle differences are part of the unique charm and character of our collection. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the item and your location.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase at monoito furniture & stationery. We make every effort to offer you outstanding quality, value for money and excellent service.

If you wish to return an article, or if you have decided not to keep it, please return the items to us within 14 calendar days, in their original packaging with the label. If appropriate, we will exchange the item or items or refund the cost price. All goods must be returned in new and unused condition, together with a copy of your original delivery note. Returns are at your own expense. We do not offer free returns.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 24 hours of delivery, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
