Dust the teak frame regularly with a soft cloth or brush, and clean with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed, then dry thoroughly and avoid soaking. Apply oil or sealant occasionally to maintain its natural colour and help prevent drying or warping. For the seagrass weave, remove dust gently with a soft brush or vacuum using a brush attachment, and clean only with a lightly damp cloth when necessary. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated indoor space and avoid excess moisture to prevent mould or fibre damage. We only work with handmade products crafted from natural materials, which means slight imperfections, variations in color, or subtle differences are part of the unique charm and character of our collection. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase at monoito furniture & stationery. We make every effort to offer you outstanding quality, value for money and excellent service.

If you wish to return an article, or if you have decided not to keep it, please return the items to us within 14 calendar days, in their original packaging with the label. If appropriate, we will exchange the item or items or refund the cost price. All goods must be returned in new and unused condition, together with a copy of your original delivery note. Returns are at your own expense. We do not offer free returns.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 24 hours of delivery, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
