Start with regular care by removing dust from the teak frame using a soft cloth or brush. For deeper cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly without soaking the wood. Apply oil or sealant regularly to help maintain its original colour and reduce the risk of warping. Clean the seagrass weave with a soft brush or vacuum brush attachment, wipe lightly only when needed, and let it dry fully. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated indoor space to help prevent mould and fibre damage. We only work with handmade products crafted from natural materials, which means slight imperfections, variations in color, or subtle differences are part of the unique charm and character of our collection. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase at monoito furniture & stationery. We make every effort to offer you outstanding quality, value for money and excellent service.

If you wish to return an article, or if you have decided not to keep it, please return the items to us within 14 calendar days, in their original packaging with the label. If appropriate, we will exchange the item or items or refund the cost price. All goods must be returned in new and unused condition, together with a copy of your original delivery note. Returns are at your own expense. We do not offer free returns.
