Suar is a living wood: tones, colours and grain vary, and natural movement can produce knots or fine cracks as it expands and contracts. We kiln-dry and seal each piece before shipping, but internal moisture can still surface over time. To preserve the finish and revive colour, treat annually with a protective oil.
